Preliminary Phase

This phase is centered on visualization. Our goal is to provide clients with the digital tools necessary to fully experience their project before it ever breaks ground. This proactive approach ensures that the design is exactly what they envisioned, eliminating the common frustration of reaching the construction stage only to realize the reality doesn't match their expectations.

Final Construction Documents Phase

Once the Preliminary Phase is approved, we transition into the Final Construction Documents Phase. At this stage, we prepare the architectural drawings for all necessary external consultants, including structural engineers and truss designers. By integrating their specialized data into the final package, we maintain a clean, high-precision set of plans that minimizes inconsistencies and streamlines the permitting process

ERIC BARTHA - OWNER / DESIGNER

Eric has been in the residential design field for over a decade, with a deep focus on the Prescott area. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, he joined Distinctive Homes in Prescott in 2013. Eric founded AniArch Drafting & Design in 2017 while simultaneously serving as an in-house draftsman for Northstar Builders—a role that provided him with invaluable on-site construction experience.

His passion for the industry is driven by a commitment to cutting-edge technology. Eric specializes in utilizing advanced digital tools to not only design precise projects but to present them through immersive visualizations, ensuring clients have total clarity and confidence in their design before construction begins.

Our Rates

Our current hourly rate is $95.00/hour
Our current Square Footage Rates are:

  • Base Rate $1.75/SF for a minimal set of Construction Documents

  • Base Rate $2.00/SF for a full Walkthrough Animation (No plans included)

  • Base Rate $3.75/SF for a full set of Construction Documents, a full Walkthrough Animation, and VR Presentation

  • We have a minimum fee of $2,000.00 for any project
